Delivery Fee Configurations

There are three types of coupon types: None, Fixed, and Set Distance Slabs.

None: No delivery fee is charged to the customer. The store will be responsible for the delivery costs and SSNATCH will automatically deduct the price of delivery from your store.

The expected delivery time is automatically set to 30 minutes on your storefront on ordering channels when youre store is created.

Fixed: SSNATCH sets a fixed amount for delivery charges to 13.50 for 10 miles, along with the expected delivery time displayed on your storefront on ordering channels (SSNATCH and the customer pays these costs).

Set Slabs: DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE UNLESS YOU WANT SSNATCH TO CHARGE ALL DELIVERY FEES TO YOUR STORE. Leave Delivery Tax Unchecked.
